MOVEMENT ARTIST.

Award Winning sports massage therapist, international educator

Kevin's Story

I didn't build this system in a classroom.

I started as a breaker. Movement was my first languae. It taught me body control, awareness, and how to push my body to it's limits.

That eventually led me into this world of massage therapy, where I discovered I loved helping people move and feel better.

Over the years, I studied Thai massage, sports massge, myofascial techniques, Muscle Energy Techniques and movement assessment. I combined what worked, questioned what didn't, and kept searching for a better way.

That search became Maximum Efficiency Techniques (M.E.T.)-my approach to creating powerful results with lies effort.

my philosophy

PRINCIPLES BECAME MORE IMPORTANT THAN LABELS.

I stopped collecting techniques and started focusing on what actually works.

I ask better questions. I look at the body differently. I use my whole body, not just my thumbs.

That's how M.E.T. was built.

* Why does this work?

* Can I make it easier on my body?

* Can I combine treatment and movement?

* Can I get the same result-with less effort?

These questions became Maximum Efficiency Techniques.
